**Production Coordinator/Designer Assistant Role Overview**

  • As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the receipt and organization of pre-production and shipping samples.
  • Managing and organizing sample storage room and assisting with range setup for business meetings and showings is another critical aspect of this role.
  • Organizing samples and model bookings, as well as image collation during weekly fittings, is essential to the success of our operations.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate shipment details and ETA's, cross-checking prices categories and supplier details, and raising, issuing and updating purchase orders are critical tasks.
  • Liaising with overseas factories daily to answer questions and provide comments on all requests within 24 hours is required.
  • Working in partnership with the designer and translating ongoing communication related to garment production is necessary.
  • Managing faulty items and recall procedures, as well as managing courier and post across design and production teams to and from suppliers, is also an important duty.
  • General administrative assistance and support to Production and Development teams is needed.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with designers and overseas factories.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
