About the Roles
  • Lead daily operations, oversee clinic services, and provide both clinical and operational leadership as a Health Centre Coordinator or Manager.

Both roles are hands-on, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, culturally safe primary health care in the Kimberley region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead daily operations, manage budgets, and support staff as a Health Centre Coordinator.
  2. Oversee clinic services, provide operational leadership, and deliver frontline patient care as a Health Centre Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience in remote health or Aboriginal community-controlled services.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • A Registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner qualification.
  • Experience in remote health or Aboriginal community-controlled services.
  • Confidence in clinical care, team support, and operational leadership.
  • Strong communication and cultural awareness skills.
  • WA-recognised REC, ALS, or Immunisation Provider qualifications.
