Project Manager Position in Western Sydney

This new Project Manager position has been created to oversee an upcoming project in Western Sydney. The successful candidate will report directly to the Construction Manager and work closely with senior management to ensure the project's on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Programming and Scheduling: Develop and implement effective project schedules and programs to ensure timely completion.
- Client and Subcontractor Management: Foster strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Financial Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including project costs and budgets.
- Project Costing and Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Related Field: Possess a degree in civil engineering or a related field, such as construction management.
- Prior Project Management Experience: Demonstrate prior experience in project management, preferably in land development or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project: Have hands-on experience with Microsoft Project software.
- Strong Project Commercial Acumen: Possess a deep understanding of project commercial principles and practices.
