Lead Digital Sales Portfolio

We are seeking a highly experienced leader to oversee the digital sales portfolio for our Personal Bank Deposits business. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional with a proven track record of driving sales growth and innovation.

The successful candidate will lead the analysis, strategy, and execution of digital sales products across our personal bank deposits portfolio. They will work closely with product, marketing, and other key stakeholders to develop and launch new product propositions on our digital channels.

This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, as well as the ability to drive business results through data-driven insights and analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar senior leadership role within a digital sales/e-commerce equivalent function.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales funnel uplifts in digital channels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support the development and launch of new product offerings.
  • Own the digital sales product analysis, strategy, and execution across the personal bank deposits portfolio.
Key Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar senior leadership role within a digital sales/e-commerce equivalent function.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and innovation in a digital sales environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
