A key role awaits an ambitious and innovative professional who can drive strategic growth, operational excellence and shape the future of healthcare education.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will lead the strategic development and implementation of cutting-edge training programs that cater to hospitals, aged care, community health and NGOs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and deliver impactful training programs aligned with industry needs
  • Negotiate custom training solutions with healthcare organisations
  • Build and manage a high-performing Faculty and staff team
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through data-driven analysis

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities, as well as a passion for innovation and continuous learning. They should have a proven track record in healthcare education, quality improvement or patient safety, and experience in developing mixed method education programs.

A distinctive feature of this role is its focus on digital education, including knowledge of Learning Management Systems and understanding of accreditation and regulatory frameworks for healthcare services. Additionally, the ability to build collaborative networks with Australian and international experts, as well as oversee evaluation of training programs, are essential qualities for success.
