We are seeking a dynamic and detail-driven sourcing professional to lead the development, production, and delivery of point-of-sale materials, gift-with-purchase (GWP) items, retail packaging, and promotional merchandise. This role is crucial in ensuring our brand vision is brought to life through premium, innovative, and on-brand executions in market.

The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end process — from ideation, supplier selection, and negotiations, through to quality control and final delivery — while maintaining strong supplier relationships, especially in China. Fluency in Mandarin is essential to ensure seamless communication with manufacturing partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Supplier Management
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for POS, GWP, packaging, and promotional merchandise.
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms to deliver cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Chinese suppliers.
  • Project Management
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align product development with brand strategy.
  • Oversee sampling, prototyping, and approval processes.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Coordinate inspections and quality checks in production facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal regulations, and safety standards.
  • Travel
  • Travel to China when necessary for supplier visits, negotiations, factory inspections, and project oversight.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in POS, promotional merchandise, packaging, or GWP sourcing and production.
  • Strong supplier negotiation and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and basic design interpretation.
