Park Manager Position Available

Delivering exceptional customer service is key to a successful role at our park in the beautiful Swan Valley wine region.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager who can contribute to the smooth running of the park and lead it in the manager's absence. Responsibilities will include:

  • Front Office management - all aspects
  • Park Operations - efficient delivery of services, including customer service, grounds management and housekeeping
  • SUPPORTING AN INCLUSIVE AND ENGAGED TEAM CULTURE
  • Attending to after-hours call outs

We require someone with demonstrated skills and experience in hospitality management, proven ability to manage, develop and train staff, strong computer skills with RMS or similar reservations systems, and a flexible attitude to work. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional Guest experience is essential.
