Job Description

Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in a supportive environment.

  • As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care and support the personal care team to ensure residents receive tailored attention.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents, adhering to best practice procedures and individualized approaches.
  • Act as Team Leader, offering coaching, supervision, and guidance to enhance team performance.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, following policies and procedures to protect yourself, colleagues, and residents.
Requirements
  • A compassionate approach and genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to seniors.
  • Current AHPRA registration after completing a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Thorough understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong clinical expertise and understanding of aging-related health issues.
  • Effective coaching and training skills.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and emotional intelligence.
  • Superior communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willingsness to apply for Police Check and NDIS clearance.
