What You'll Be Doing

This is a strategic leadership role within the executive team of Mona Vale hospital. The role supports Allied Health services across Mona Vale Hospital and its associated community health services. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
  • Providing high-level strategic leadership and planning for Allied Health professionals.
  • Delivering professional governance and accountability across Mona Vale Hospital, AYAH, and CHSP.
  • Acting as the principal reference point for Allied Health direction and planning.
  • Contributing to executive leadership and decision-making across the hospital and community health services.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.

Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria
  • Allied Health discipline qualification, business administration or health management and/or relevant and extensive experience within a health environment.
  • Ability to provide leadership as part of the executive team and support, mentor and develop staff.
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal, communication, consultation and negotiation skills with the ability to maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
