About the Role
  • Program Design and Delivery: Design and deliver inclusive social connection and engagement programs that cater to diverse customer needs.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with teams, customers, volunteers, and community partners to promote mutual understanding and respect.
  • Community Outreach: Promote our organisation locally to grow awareness, attract customers, and recruit volunteers who share our values.
  • Engagement Maximisation: Coordinate transport, venues, and staffing to ensure smooth program delivery and maximise customer engagement.
  • Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments and uphold safety and compliance standards to ensure a secure environment for all.
  • Training and Development: Guide Support Workers and Volunteers through training and development to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Quality Improvement: Use customer feedback to enhance service quality and program effectiveness.
