The Project Manager position is responsible for overseeing a wide range of projects within the gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope of work, schedule, and resource allocation
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and local councils to ensure compliance and obtain necessary approvals
  • Collaborate with internal and external design teams to develop construction drawings and specifications
  • Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards
  • Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project components
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that projects meet or exceed industry-specific requirements
Requirements:
  • A degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Manager, preferably in the gas industries
  • Sound knowledge of construction, LPG and Industrial gas properties, pipeline and vessel installations, P&ID's, regulatory matters, and industry standards
  • Hands-on experience with gas plant systems such as CO2 recovery, air separation units (ASUs), cryogenic storage, or other industrial gas processing is highly regarded
  • Ability to lead and manage different engineering projects from conception to completion
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to navigate the regulatory and approval process with local councils
  • Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving project goals
