As a Senior People Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic human resources support to our business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with local leaders to develop retention strategies, succession planning, reward and recognition programs, talent development initiatives, and other HR projects.
  • Provide guidance and advice on HR matters such as employee relations, grievances, performance issues, remuneration, learning and development opportunities, policy interpretation, and exits.
  • Implement industrial relations strategies under the guidance of senior leaders.
  • Conduct workforce planning and resourcing planning in conjunction with management.
  • Assist with the Learning and Development function, including education, training requirements, leadership development, and mentoring.
  • Advise management and employees on relevant laws and regulations affecting HR practices.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, systems, and practices that align with organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Have operational HR experience at an Advisor or Officer level within a medium-large organization.
  • Possess exposure to construction or similar industries, which is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Be autonomous and operate using initiative, sound reasoning, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
