About the Role
We are seeking a senior industry professional to manage our functional team of technical experts, ensuring safety and health, well integrity, structural integrity, and environmental matters meet legislative requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Leading and managing ongoing regulatory operations in a functional team
- Providing authoritative and strategic advice on environmental science, risk management, management systems, operations, safety, well integrity, and well operations
- Maintaining oversight of the use of regulatory powers
- Supporting initiatives within and across divisions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in offshore safety and environmental management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to provide authoritative and strategic advice
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
