About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support services to internal customers and stakeholders across a range of business applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support services to internal customers and stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of administrative requirements and incoming enquiries
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, contract providers, and application developers to ensure systems and processes are delivered in accordance with quality and performance requirements
  • Utilise the SINSW ticketing system and respond to queries within given SLAs
  • Specialise in providing high-quality customer service, providing advice on SINSW Asset and Work-Order Management systems, and troubleshooting and fixing application and database issues

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in information technology and/or equivalent relevant workplace experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education
  • Ability to juggle conflicting priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Professional work ethic and ability to strive for continuous improvement
  • Ability to solve problems independently and within a team environment
