About the Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated pharmacist to work in a state-of-the-art compounding facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality control support with a continuous improvement focus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Releasing finished products, ensuring adherence to product specifications and documentation.
  • Ensuring all products are compounded according to product specifications and documentation to achieve required quality.
  • Ensuring adherence to all quality management systems and procedures.
  • Assisting in preparation of new Quality Documents and revision/update of existing documents.
  • Evaluating and managing product non-conformances and escalating to quality management as needed.
  • Reporting incidents, deviations and complaints in the QMS in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A tertiary qualification in Pharmacy.
  • Current AHPRA registration as Pharmacist in Australia.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional service and patient care.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to building clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage workload with good communication to liaise with a wide range of health professionals.
