Quality Pharmacist Job Overview

The Quality Pharmacist will work in a state-of-the-art compounding facility, reporting to the Quality Pharmacist Supervisor and providing quality control support with a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Release all finished products, ensuring they are compounded according to specifications and documentation for required quality.
  • Ensure adherence to quality management systems and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing new quality documents and revising existing ones.
  • Evaluate and manage product non-conformances, escalating as needed.
  • Report incidents, deviations, and complaints in a timely manner.

About This Role

We seek a pharmacist with a tertiary qualification and current registration as a Pharmacist in Australia. Training will be provided for hospital or oncology experience.
