The Opportunity

Permanent full-time Quality Pharmacist position in our newly opened compounding facility in Woodville Adelaide. Responsibilities include preparation and compounding of oncology treatments, quality control, and collaboration with Operations and Quality teams.

This is a permanent full-time role with a minimum of 76 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday, with overtime and weekend work on occasion. Shift hours typically fall between 6:00am and 10:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Releasing all finished products (including oncology, antibiotics, TPN & LAF)
• Ensure all products are compounded according to product specifications and documentation to achieve required quality
• Ensure adherence to all quality management systems and procedures
• Assist in preparation of new Quality Documents and revision/update of existing documents
• Evaluate and manage product non-conformances and escalate to quality management as needed
• Report incidents, deviations and complaints in the QMS in a timely manner

About You

• A pharmacist with a tertiary qualification in Pharmacy
• Current AHPRA registration as Pharmacist in Australia
• Hospital or oncology experience is not required as training will be provided
• Team-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional service and patient care
• High attention to detail and a commitment to building clinical skills and knowledge
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage workload with good communication to liaise with a wide range of health professionals

Note: Hospital or oncology experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. When necessary, interstate travel for training may be required.
