About the Role

  • We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager with over 5 years of expertise in the commercial office fitout industry to join our team in Hobart for a short-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

">
  1. Inductions & OH&S: Oversee all site inductions and manage onsite OH&S to ensure a safe working environment for all team members and contractors.
  2. Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain a fortnightly project schedule, coordinate with trades, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
  3. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for centre management, retail stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clear, professional communication and timely updates.
  4. Project Monitoring: Keep a close eye on project timelines, quality, and safety standards, making adjustments as necessary to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Manager in the commercial fitout market
  • Strong understanding of OH&S protocols and experience conducting site inductions
  • Proven experience with scheduling and managing trades
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with high-level stakeholders
