**Equipment Reliability Specialist**: A key role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of equipment.

In this position, you will be responsible for conducting regular plant and equipment inspections to identify potential issues. You will use your technical expertise to enhance equipment reliability by planning and executing corrective and preventative maintenance tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct regular plant and equipment inspections to identify potential problems.
  • Use digital systems to improve inspection accuracy and enhance equipment reliability.
  • Plan and execute corrective and preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor plant condition for maintenance planning and ensure availability of key spares and components.
  • Assist in developing and reviewing maintenance plans and strategies.
  • Mentor team members to ensure knowledge transfer and skills development.

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant trade qualifications (essential).
  • Engineering Associate Diploma (desirable).
  • Strong technical aptitude (hydraulics, pneumatics, drawings).
  • Experience in equipment maintenance and strategy.
  • Understanding of maintenance management.
  • Ability to coordinate and direct work.
  • Good communication skills.
