HDR Candidate Progress Specialist

This key position guides Higher Degree by Research candidates through milestones from enrolment to thesis submission. The successful candidate will interpret policy, manage data integrity and streamline processes across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities- Guide HDR candidates and supervisors through compliant progress and ensure a well-supported journey from enrolment to thesis submission.
- Interpret and apply policy to manage data integrity and optimise processes across systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and deliver high-quality service to stakeholders.
- A degree with substantial relevant experience; or equivalent professional experience and expertise.
- Experience in developing and implementing policies to ensure compliance with research administration requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to liaise with staff, candidates and the public.
- Advanced skills in standard office software and knowledge of databases.
