As a specialist in candidature and progress, you will play a crucial role in guiding HDR candidates and supervisors through the milestones of their journey. This includes ensuring compliant, well-supported progress from enrolment to thesis submission.
Key Responsibilities- Guide HDR candidates and supervisors through milestones from enrolment to thesis submission, ensuring compliant, well-supported progress.
- Interpret policy, manage data integrity, and streamline processes across systems (CAPP, Student One).
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and deliver high-quality service to stakeholders.
- A degree with substantial relevant experience; or equivalent professional experience and expertise.
- Experience in developing, implementing and applying policies to ensure compliance with university and research administration requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to liaise with staff, candidates and the public; produce high-quality written material.
- Advanced skills in standard office software; ability to learn new programs; knowledge of databases; prior use of Student One advantageous.
