About Us:

We support older people to experience wellbeing, choice, and independence. Our organisation is committed to providing high-quality community and residential services.

Our Physiotherapy services are focused on delivering essential home-based care for older clientele (65+) with a variety of health conditions, accessing services through their Home Care Package (HCP).

You will work autonomously, managing your own caseload primarily in Mildura, with occasional outreach to Swan Hill as needed.

You will have access to regular one-to-one clinical supervision and support from the Clinical Lead.

About You:

You are a passionate and motivated physiotherapist with excellent clinical skills, committed to continuous learning and delivering best practice. You want to make a difference in the lives of older adults by enhancing their self-esteem, empowering them to make choices, and achieving exceptional outcomes.

This role is suitable for someone who:

  • Has a recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
  • Is currently registered with AHPRA
  • Has experience working in the Community Aged Care sector with clients receiving services through their Home Care Package
  • Has demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice working with a variety of health conditions in 65+ year old clientele
  • Can work autonomously and manage a caseload independently
  • Has full Australian working rights and can pass a national police clearance

Essentials for Working in Aged Care:

  • A current Working With Children Check card
  • Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
  • Australian working rights
  • Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance
