About the Job
- You will deliver essential services in the local region as a qualified Occupational Therapist.
- You will provide focused home-based services for older clients with various health conditions through their Home Care Package.
- The service focuses on client strengths, goal-directed interventions and maximising independence and autonomy.
- You will work autonomously managing your own caseload with occasional outreach to other locations.
- Clinical supervision and support from the Clinical Lead of Occupational Therapy are available.

About You

- This is a full-time opportunity or four days per week (negotiable).
