The Role

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Graduate to join our busy team based at Loganholme. This is a rare opportunity to start a career working for a high-profile brand within the exciting and fast-paced retail home building industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain intranet content as required
  • Maintain brochure, business cards, and sticker stocks in office and display centres
  • Provide general administrative support for the marketing team as required
  • Provide assistance at marketing content shoots as required
  • Assist with developing the social media program, including posts and engagement
  • Assist with the development of the digital marketing strategy
  • Some copywriting for various purposes, including the website
  • Assist with the setup and management of the sales and marketing CRM, Hubspot
  • Liaise with marketing suppliers as required
  • Provide assistance with gathering market research
  • Contribute to the display home maintenance program
  • Assist with some events management
  • Arrange staff photos as briefed
About You

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone wanting to kick-start their career working for a leading brand in a highly rewarding industry.

  • Recent tertiary qualifications in marketing or a business-related field
  • Experience working in a marketing department is preferred
  • Experience in the home building industry is not required but a genuine interest would be a distinct advantage
  • A positive attitude towards learning new things and working in a team
  • A customer-focused mindset
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and social media skills
  • A high level of self-management skills and the ability to work autonomously
