**Role Overview**: As our Telemarketer / Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the spearhead for generating new business opportunities, driving revenue, and laying the groundwork for what could eventually be your own national sales team. This role is not just about hitting targets; it's about building relationships, understanding customer needs, and positioning our unified communications solutions as a game-changer. Activity is the key to success with this role, you get out what you put in. We have all the tools for you to succeed, All you need is the skills and attitude.

**What We Offer**:

- A competitive remuneration package with an outstanding commission structure. OTE $85,000 to $120,000

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrable experience in telemarketing or inside sales, ideally within tech or telecommunications.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the knack for persuasive conversations.
- Organised and strategic, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A driven, results-focused mindset.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- A collaborative spirit and a lifelong learner attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute outbound telemarketing campaigns to uncover and qualify new leads.
- Engage prospective clients through compelling presentations and demonstrations of our unified communications offerings.
- Drive sales strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams to smash sales targets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to strategically position our solutions.
- Manage sales activities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through Zoho CRM.
