Job Title: Line Cooks and Chefs

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Line Cooks and Chefs to join our team at The Sporting Globe. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items to the highest standards, adhering to our recipe and plating guides.
  • Ensure that all meals are served on time and to the highest quality, while maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including staff allocation, section management, and general kitchen maintenance.
  • Participate in preparation, cooking, and presentation of all menu items, working across all kitchen stations.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen and stock holding areas, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
