We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Psychologist to join our team at HealthcareLink. As a Senior Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to a diverse range of clients, including children with developmental delay and autism.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive assessment and treatment plans for clients with complex needs.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions such as CBT and ACT.
- Liaise with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and delivery of duty of care.
- Conduct cognitive assessments and write reports as required.
- Participate in individual and group supervision to maintain professional development.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology and registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum 5 years' experience working autonomously with paediatric clients.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
