Mental Health Therapist

At Gorilla Jobs, we cater to individuals enrolled in the NDIS and referrals coming from the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), TAC, WorkSafe, and Workcover. We are seeking a dedicated Psychologist on a casual basis at our location.
Main Responsibilities:- We conduct individual therapy sessions for clients with diverse mental health issues. Option to work via Telehealth.
- Prepare detailed reports for assessments, Medicare, and NDIS requirements as well as managing case notes.
- Participate and contribute to group therapy programs.
- Maintain ongoing communication and rapport with the management team.
- Engage in team and peer supervision meetings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within the company.
- Laptop and mobile phone provided by the company.
- The competitive remuneration package is between $109,000 - $119,000 per annum, plus superannuation.

- We cater to participants with diverse needs, including autism, global developmental delay, acquired brain injury, intellectual disability, impaired vision, impaired hearing, and mental health conditions.
- Strong ethical principles and values within the company.
- Work in a multi-disciplinary team of other Allied Health Professionals, including Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists.
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology.
- AHPRA registration.
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
- Eligible to obtain Medicare provider numbers.
