We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to support our business with day-to-day administrative duties and customer enquiries.

The role will involve maintaining accurate records, data entry, and document creation, as well as providing administrative and project support as required. You will also coordinate weekly ordering and procure goods and services, and utilise our CRM platform to maintain an accurate database of customers, service providers, and wine club members.

Responsibilities include:

You will also be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the cellar door on a rotating roster, including wine tastings and sales, customer service, special events, and VIP visitation. You will ensure the cellar door is well-presented, fully stocked, and ready for business.

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with similar responsibilities
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential
  • Proficient skills with MS Office and online booking platforms
