We are seeking a highly skilled administrator to support the Chief Winemaker. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inventory Management: Stocktake, warehouse and location allocations
  • Order Fulfilment: Export, Wholesale, Retail
  • Stock Transfers: Cellar door, museum, wine club
  • Master Data and Product Setup:
  • Dry Goods Ordering and Scheduling:
  • Purchase Orders:
  • Data Entry Tasks:
  • Reception Backup:
  • Supporting the Winemaking and Hospitality Teams: General administrative activities
  • Driving Continuous Improvement: Training delivery and reporting
  • Assisting with Wholesale and DTC Orders: Paperwork and packing

Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

  • 3 Years of Administration Experience:
