Structural Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced structural engineer to fill a key role in our water and wastewater team.

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled professional with expertise in the design engineering of water and wastewater treatment plants, reservoirs, hydraulic structures, pump stations, and conveyance pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review design requirements and site investigations
  • Perform calculations and modeling
  • Oversight of drafting and preparation of reports and specifications
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil (structural) engineering
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in water and wastewater treatment and/or conveyance design
  • Knowledge of safety in design, constructability, and operational practices and relevant Australian standards and WSAA codes
  • Knowledge of risk management with the ability to identify project and design-related risks
  • Experience in managing small to medium engineering design projects
  • A commitment to working safely and within company systems
