Training Facilitator Role

Our organisation seeks a Training Facilitator to craft engaging and impactful training programmes that drive business success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, FAQs, and video tutorials
  • Host instructor-led and virtual sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes
  • Provide ongoing support through Q&A sessions and follow-ups
  • Track learner progress and optimise future training initiatives
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Proven experience creating diverse training content for varied audiences
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt training approaches to different learner groups
  • Proficiency with training tools and platforms
  • Security clearance: minimum NV2 (TSPV preferred)
