About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Corporate Data Analyst. This role will play a crucial part in delivering data-driven insights and analysis solutions across the organisation.

The primary responsibility of this position will be to extract, develop, and deliver workforce reports and analytics solutions that support strategic decision making and drive business growth.

As a Corporate Data Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across the division to provide guidance, support, and expertise in data use and reporting. Additionally, you will collaborate with the manager to plan and deliver projects that assess current and unmet demand for reporting and analysis across the division.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Extract, develop, and deliver workforce reports and analytics solutions to support strategic decision making and drive business growth.
  • Develop, test, and maintain reports in Human Resources information systems, including Aurion, Learning Management Systems, and Power BI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the division to maintain an understanding of strategic and operational objectives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in data reporting and analysis across the division.
Requirements
  • A high degree of autonomy and confidence working with corporate data, especially Human Resources data, and delivering reporting or analytical solutions.
  • The ability to learn new systems and analytics tools quickly.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to translate data-driven insights for non-technical stakeholders.
