Job Title: Senior Engineering Manager

Job Description:

The role of the Senior Engineering Manager involves overseeing and managing engineering teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design consultants, project managers, and technical specialists to ensure that engineering designs meet required standards and specifications.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engineering strategies, policies, and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.

You will also lead and manage engineering teams to achieve business objectives and drive innovation through the development of new technologies and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in engineering management
  • Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
