We are seeking skilled individuals to fill the role of Process Operator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficient operation of ore processing facilities is essential.
  • Standard work instructions must be followed diligently.
  • Daily inspections of equipment are crucial for optimal performance.
  • Quality shift handovers and daily logs are vital for effective communication.
  • Continuous improvement initiatives aim to enhance plant efficiency.
  • Hazards in the workplace must be identified and resolved promptly.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Prior experience operating large-scale processing plants, preferably in a mining environment, is advantageous.
  • The ability to assess risks and implement controls with a strong focus on safety is essential.
  • Familiarity with control room applications is highly regarded.
  • Experience with mobile plant operations, including Front End Loader, Skid Steer, Overhead Crane, and Telehandler, is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable effective two-way operations.
  • A valid C Class Driver's Licence is required.
