We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our sales and events team as a Conference Coordinator.

This part-time role involves working approximately 3 days per week, on various weekdays between Monday and Friday.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

- Preparing and following up on proposals and quotes in a timely manner.

- Allocating event and accommodation space, ensuring adherence to standards.

- Creating Banquet Event Orders (BEO) for each event and distributing to relevant departments.

- Maintaining strong knowledge of packages and specials within the hotel.

- Serving as the primary contact for detailed meeting/event planning, collaborating closely with internal teams and external suppliers.

- Developing problem-solving and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Utilizing experience with Delphi Salesforce and Opera.

- Holding a Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- Demonstrating at least one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
