Job Title: Action Planner and Event Coordinator

The International Strategy and Future Students Division is responsible for delivering high quality communications and experiences for future students in accordance with the University's strategic objectives.

The Action Planner and Event Coordinator will lead and coordinate ISFS's delivery of a number of high quality recruitment and communication activities and events engaging key stakeholders and international future students.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent planning and coordination skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate events and activities to engage key stakeholders and international future students;">
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote the University's brand and services;">
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives;">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on event attendance and engagement metrics;">
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote the University's programs and services;">
