About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager APAC at Agilent Technologies, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results for our customers in the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Adoption and Retention: Develop and execute strategies to ensure seamless adoption and retention of our SaaS solutions, driving long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring they achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Account Management: Manage multiple customer accounts, providing proactive support and guidance to ensure successful product adoption and utilization.
  • Communication and Issue Resolution: Effectively communicate with customers to resolve issues, provide training, and ensure timely issue resolution, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date with new product releases and functionality, providing training and support to customers to ensure they maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of our business.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working with Software-as-a-Service solutions, preferably in a scientific laboratory or comparable background.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and foster strong relationships.
  • Language: English proficiency required.
