Senior Engineering Manager, APAC Identity Solutions

The RoleThe Senior Engineering Manager, APAC Identity, will be responsible for ongoing support and development of GBG's identity verification platforms in the APAC region. This includes leading application operations, support, and maintenance activities for greenID and CloudCheck, as well as leading new development activities for these platforms.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for people leadership for the team, providing vision, owning architecture, and technical processes aligning with the Agile/Scrum framework. Additionally, they will be a key technical consultant for ID product roadmaps and plans for the region, championing continuous improvement activities, and leading InfoSec, compliance, and privacy activities.
RequirementsWe are seeking an experienced technology leader with exposure to identity verification software as a service systems or similar. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading multiple teams through multi-year horizons, navigating organisational and technical ambiguities, and driving cross-functional initiatives.
The successful candidate will also possess excellent strategic guidance, collaborative influence, and high-impact environment skills, with the ability to foster team belonging, empowerment, and impactful delivery. They will also have a strong focus on operational excellence, defining goals, metrics, and maintaining effective processes while building stakeholder relationships.
