The Role: Electronics Hardware Design Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow the electronics hardware team.
- Ensure quality standards are met through effective processes and systems.
- Conduct technical reviews and approvals for electronic designs.
- Collaborate with clients and project managers on electronics design-related incidents.
- Maintain and improve electronic design processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Lead regular feedback sessions, performance reviews, and management with team members.
- Facilitate training and staff development for the electronics team.
Requirements:
- Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a working visa.
- Hold a relevant degree from a reputable university (e.g., Bachelor of Electrical Engineering).
- Have 7+ years of professional experience as an electronics design engineer.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
