Hardware Design Engineer for Electronics and RF Systems

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Design Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics design and be able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop new electronics hardware, including RFID products (13.56 MHz)
- Create 1 D/3 D antennas for new and existing products
- Manage production test and EMC processes
- Develop PCB layouts and schematics using Altium Designer
- Produce technical documents such as theory of operation, schematics, and BOMs
- Lead prototyping efforts
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including software development and marketing
- At least 6+ years of experience in electronics design
- Proficiency in Altium Designer
- Experience with RF Network & Spectrum Analyzer, etc.
- Ability to prepare technical design documentation
- Strong project management skills and effective communication
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Understanding of R&D project processes
- Will travel internationally for projects
- Nice to have: knowledge of EMC testing and requirements, knowledge of unique challenges associated with RF environments/interference
- Knowledge of RFID 13.56 MHz Mod 2 (ISO/IEC 18000-2) and/or Mod 3 (ISO/IEC 18000-3)
- Knowledge of NI Labview, Mat Lab
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
