About the Opportunity

We are currently embarking upon one of the biggest capital works programs in the organisation's history, with significant upgrades of our manufacturing and logistics sites to ensure we can meet our future business objectives.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager on a full-time basis who excels in leading complex building, plant, and infrastructure upgrades, driving positive change, and developing strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, objectives, resourcing, costs, and milestones) to provide a consolidated view across all functions and/or workstreams.
  • Lead a project team in intrusive brownfield upgrades of up to $50m, managing, reviewing, and prioritizing project work plans to deliver the scope and stay on time and on budget.
  • Track budget, benefits, timelines, issues, and risks/opportunities of the project against plan.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships and communicate across many different functions and organization levels.
What You Bring:
  • Degree in Mechanical or other Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to successfully deliver projects in complex brownfield manufacturing environments to an agreed scope on time and within budget.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Liaising with Suppliers and a strong focus around stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated Leadership & Technical success.
