- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, enhancing patient confidentiality and dignity.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals, fostering a supportive network.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities, staying current with industry best practices.
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with the relevant health authority.
- Relevant experience in aged care or similar settings, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to work effectively in a team prioritizing patient needs and well-being.
