Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to Assistants in Nursing, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
  • Relevant experience in aged care or similar settings, with a strong understanding of clinical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
