Site Supervisor - Carpentry

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee carpentry work on various projects.

The successful candidate will lead a team of craftsmen/women, ensuring quality outcomes, efficient project delivery and a safe working environment.

  • Carpentry Work: Manage day-to-day operations in the workshop, including coordinating schedules, managing resources and overseeing project delivery.
  • Team Management: Mentor and motivate site staff, promoting a positive and productive work culture.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and construction standards.
  • Communication: Liaise effectively with clients, colleagues and suppliers to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Trade qualification (Carpentry) and relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Forklift licence or willingness to obtain.
  • Physical fitness and adaptability.
