About the Role
The Principal Legal Adviser will manage complex litigation and provide authoritative advice on public law issues.
The role involves representation of the Secretary in various matters, including WWC Check, NDIS Worker Screening, births, deaths, and marriages, local government, freedom of information, and other general litigation matters.
The position provides expert legal advice in relation to administered legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex, sensitive, and strategic litigation;
- Provide authoritative and timely advice on public law issues;
- Represent the Secretary in various matters;
