  • Conduct litigation for and provide legal advice to State government departments and public entities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Branch
  • Develop and maintain a high level of expertise in public law and related areas
Requirements:
  • Criminal law experience is advantageous
  • Able to review, manage and conduct complex proceedings in state courts and tribunals
  • Proven ability to provide practical and client-focused advice on complex matters
  • Good interpersonal communication skills to connect with team members and deliver exceptional results
