About the Role

We are actively seeking new clients and looking for a casual Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide expert HR support to businesses and contribute to their growth and success.

Some examples of how our clients use this outsourced support include:

  • Seeking advice on employee questions, such as reviewing and managing requests in line with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Interpreting employment conditions and award requirements.
  • Serving as a trusted HR sounding board for managers to discuss issues, ideas, and emerging trends.
  • Reviewing existing employment-related documents and processes.
  • Delivering online training and development workshops.
  • Providing guidance on performance management meetings.

The role is casual, with no set hours. You will be free to accept or decline work offered, but we aim to build this role over time to be permanent part-time.

Our team works remotely using tools like Zoom, MS Teams, Trello, and Microsoft suite.

Essential Requirements

  • You must be an experienced generalist HR practitioner, ideally with relevant qualifications.
  • You must have access to reliable internet connectivity.
  • You should be available for virtual meetings via Zoom and MS Teams.
  • You cannot be running your own HR consulting business.
