About the Opportunity

We are seeking ambitious Finance Graduates to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative, industry-leading software solutions. This program is set to commence in February 2025.

As a Financial Analyst Trainee at WiseTech Global, you'll gain hands-on experience in a wide range of teams within the Group Finance function including Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Commercial Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions. You will engage in high-impact and meaningful work while developing comprehensive technical skills. Based in our Global Head Office, you will be working alongside some of the smartest people in the industry. Gaining mentorship and guidance from a team with impressive credentials and experience gained in both chartered and commercial environments; complimented by Master's degrees, CA and CPA qualifications.

About the Role

  • Bachelor's Degree completed between January 2024 and January 2025, with a major in Accounting, or completion of accounting subjects that provide eligibility for the CA or CPA programs.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Willingness to undertake or currently enrolled in the Chartered Accountants (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) program.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You'll also need to be the type of character who will embrace change and thrive in a rapidly changing environment. You can work effectively, autonomously and as part of a team in a non-hierarchical, hybrid work environment.

About the Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $80,000 - $100,000 AUD, depending on your skills and experience.
