Senior Tax Dispute Specialist

Our team is a specialist group of experts who help organisations and individuals prepare for, manage and resolve tax disputes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to prepare for and resolve risk reviews, audits and disputes with revenue authorities
  • Prepare objections, brief counsel and advise on tax litigation
  • Develop written and oral advocacy skills and provide legal advice on taxation law and administrative law
About You

You will be a leader with experience in tax law and tax disputes. A proactive attitude towards accuracy and deadlines is essential. Strong interpersonal, influencing and project management skills are required.

Previous experience in corporate tax, international tax, tax law and/or tax dispute resolution and controversy will be viewed favourably. Experience working in an advisory or professional services firm, a law firm or the Australian Taxation Office will also be considered.

A Law Degree is required to be eligible for this role. Australian and/or other Commonwealth country legal experience is preferred.
